I have ordered supplies from Blick 5 times now. The fifth was just a day or two ago, but I've received the other four - all well within the times they listed for the shipping price I paid. (No, it's not two-day shipping, but it's quite reasonable. If you want two day shipping you pay extra like normal.) All items were in good condition, and the price I paid was as good or better than the competitors. I've recommended them to family, and they've also ordered with good experiences.

Customer service has always been professional and helpful when needed. I had one incident with a shipment where something leaked in a boxed and ruined other items. No other store has as much as they have. Almost all pencils, markers, paint, watercolor, paper, clay, canvas, yeso, frames, spray paint, books, art gifts and curious stuff like eraser eggs that look like actual erasers, art puzzles, notebooks, stationary stuff, art stuff for kids. Its the most complete I have ever seen. If you like art you will love this store.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Ground shipping charges for orders to be delivered within the contiguous 48 United States are based on the number of unique items in your order for orders totaling less than $69; orders of $69 or more ship free.
Residential orders within the 48 contiguous states will ship either FedEx Home Delivery or FedEx Economy within 1–2 business days of receipt of your order and will be delivered within 2–7 business days. The carrier used is determined after an order is placed and depends on the merchandise ordered and the delivery address. If your postal address is different from your physical address, please provide both.
RETURNS
Blick will refund the full merchandise value up to one year from the time of purchase. For faster processing, we recommend items be returned within 30 days of receipt and in their original packaging and resalable condition. Return freight that is sent back to Blick is the responsibility of the customer unless: a) Blick Customer Service is notified within 30 days of receipt, AND b) the item received arrived damaged, OR c) the item received was not what was ordered. Factory direct merchandise returned as a result of a customer order error will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee and is the responsibility of the customer. Blick is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
